How Gators are faring in the NBA

A rundown on how the Gators, known as the '04s because they entered college in 2004, are faring in the pros:

COREY BREWER

Forward, Minnesota Timberwolves

Stats: 50 games (23 starts), 22.8 minutes per game, 5.4 points per game, 3.7 rebounds per game, 35.4 field goal percentage.

OF NOTE: By his own admission, Brewer has struggled to learn the Timberwolves system and find his place on the team. He's starting to play more consistently, but still hasn't come close to being the player he was at Florida.

TAUREAN GREEN

Point Guard, Portland Trailblazers/Idaho Stampede

Stats: 8 games (0 starts), 5.5 mpg, 2.1 ppg, 0.5 rpg, 1.0 apg, 25.0 field goal percentage.

OF NOTE: Green was sent down to the NBDL's Stampede in early December and showed glimpses of the player that was the floor general for two national title teams. He averaged 19.3 ppg, 5.3 rpg and 9.8 apg in four games and was recalled to Portland on Dec. 22. He has played in four games since his return.

AL HORFORD

Forward/Center Atlanta Hawks

Stats: 48 games (44 starts), 31.5 mpg, 9.3 ppg, 10.0 rpg, 47.2 field goal percentage.

OF NOTE: Of the 2004 class, Horford so far has been the most successful in the NBA. He has speed, strength and he has held his own defensively against some of the best players in the league.

F/C JOAKIM NOAH

Forward, Center Chicago Bulls

Stats: 44 games (3 starts), 15.9 mpg, 5.0 ppg, 4.7 rpg, 44.0 field goal percentage.

OF NOTE: Noah has made a name for himself more for his behavior off court than on. He has been accused of being late to team practices and meetings and in he was suspended after an altercation with an assistant coach. The suspension was extended one extra game at the request of his teammates. Noah called it a "learning experience."
