Puppet Show: The Florida Puppetry Guild presents the family friendly play, The Legend of the Banana Kid. The show follows brave Chucky as he travels out West. Along the way, he encounters a mysterious cowboy who leads him to a remote Western town. Fiesta Day: Get your appetite ready. Fiesta Day returns to Historic Ybor City with a rich selection of food and fun. Guests can enjoy events like the Black Bean Blowout and the anticipated return of the 11 a.m. Flan Fest. The Second City: One Nation Under Blog: Founded in Chicago in 1959, The Second City has become the premier training ground for the comedy world's best and brightest. Oscar Night: Now in its ninth year at Tampa Theatre, the infamous Oscar Night returns with red carpet fun. In addition to watching the Oscars on the large screen at the Tampa Theatre, guests can partake in pre-show festivities including a reception, limo rides around the block and screaming "fans." Gasparilla Film Festival: Let the films begin! The Gasparilla Film Festival returns for its second year with five days of diverse independent films. Tonight, the public is invited for the opening night party and film screening. The VIP party includes trailers from the entire week's slate of films, food, drinks and top actors, filmmakers and industry professionals from around the world.
