FSU vs. Boston College When/where: Noon; Donald L. Tucker Center, Tallahassee TV/radio: FSN; 1470-AM Records: FSU 15-12, 4-8 ACC; Boston College 13-11, 4-7 Scouting report: The Seminoles look for a second straight home win, which would mean a step closer to a possible NIT bid, which wouldn't be a bad result given their injury-plagued season. Senior G Jason Rich has been red hot, averaging 19.5 points on 52.3 percent shooting his last six games. Junior G Toney Douglas leads the ACC in steals (77) and needs three to become the sixth player in league history with at least 80 in a season. Boston College, which has struggled of late (1-7), has one of the nation's top players, junior G Tyrese Rice (20.8 ppg, 5.1 apg, 3.6 rpg). BC senior C Tyrelle Blair, who hit the winning shot against FSU last year in Tallahassee, went to Florida High. He leads the league in blocks (3.67). BC leads the series 3-0, but all have come down to the wire; the games have been decided by a total of seven points.
