St. Petersburg Orchestra Guild gala will show homes Friday Magical Designs with Music, the 2008 Designers Showhouse Gala presented by the St. Petersburg Florida Orchestra Guild, features tours of two residences in St. Petersburg's new 400 Beach Drive, and food, drink and entertainment. The black-tie optional event is 6 to 8:30 p.m. Friday. Tickets: $85. Information: 821-9392. Seminole Hospital guild roundup Saturday The Seminole-Largo All Children's Hospital Guild will present its first Seminole Roundup from 6 to 10 p.m. Saturday in the auditorium of the Seminole Recreation Center Complex, 9100 113th St. N. The evening will include appetizers, dinner, dancing, a silent auction and games. Western wear is suggested. Tickets: $30. Information: 667-8282. St. Petersburg Wine festival offers 400 varieties of vino The Abilities Wine Festival, featuring 400 wines, 40 restaurants and 400 silent-auction items, opens with a VIP reception from 6 to 7 p.m. Saturday at St. Petersburg's Tropicana Field, 1 Tropicana Drive. Grand tasting hours are 7 to 9 p.m. VIP tickets grand tasting included are $150 in advance or $175 at the door. Grand tasting tickets are $75 or $85 at the door.
