LARGO Mini-golf tourney tees off March 20 Get your putters ready: The Largo/Mid-Pinellas Chamber of Commerce and its young professionals' organization HYPE Pinellas are teaming up to host the 2008 Largo Mini-Cup Golf Challenge. The miniature golf tournament will be from 5 to 7 p.m. March 20 at Missing Links, 1201 East Bay Drive. Players are still welcome and can register as teams of four at $40 or individually to be put on a team at $15 per person. Proceeds will benefit the chamber's business programs. Flights begin at 9 a.m. at Clearwater Airpark, 1000 N Hercules Ave. The rally is part of the EAA Young Eagles Program, created to interest young people in aviation. The rally will also include a pancake breakfast with orange juice and coffee. EAST LAKE Conservation photo show opens Meet some members of Florida Conservation Photographers at an opening of their photography show from 1 to 2 p.m. today at the Brooker Creek Preserve Environmental Education Center, 3940 Keystone Road. PALM HARBOR Doctor to discuss MS, headaches The North Pinellas MS Self Help Group will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Hospice of the Florida Suncoast, 2675 Tampa Road. Dr. Harish Patel, a neurologist, will discuss multiple sclerosis and headaches. Jenna Labadie, the National MS Society's director of public policy, will talk about changing the views of the Florida Legislature in regard to multiple sclerosis.
