Health Fair: The Sister to Sister Foundation hosts a Heart Health Fair. The event will provide 15-minute health screenings, expert medical, diet and exercise advise, entertainment, and prize giveaways. Film Festival: The Tampa Jewish Community Center presents the 12th annual Tampa Bay Jewish Film Festival. The festival will show 14 films about the Jewish experience. The festival is Tuesday through March 19 in Tampa and St. Petersburg. For a complete information, visit www.jewishtampa.com. Tickets are $5 advance and $8 for adults and $6 for seniors and students day of show. Festival passes are available for a $150 or more donation.
Concert: The University of South Florida Wind Ensemble and University Choirs will present a concert featuring several premiere contemporary performances. Nationally renowned composer Paul Basler from Gainesville has written the accompanying music for a new composition, titled Divine Days. 8 p.m., Tuesday; USF Theater One, 4202 E Fowler Ave, Tampa; admission is $12 for adults and $6 for students. Garden club: The Moonlight Garden Circle hosts its monthly meeting for gardeners whose only free time is weekends and evenings. This month's meeting features Tom Wolfe, master judge and grower. The topic will be general culture, care and maintenance for bromeliads.
