Wednesday: Baked fish wedge, cheesy grits, stewed tomatoes and okra, mixed fruit cup. Thursday: Lemon pepper chicken legs, green beans, potatoes with red peppers, pear cup. Friday: Butter bean and sausage casserole, winter vegetable medley, carrot cuts, oatmeal raisin cookie. The program is administered by the Hillsborough County Department of Aging Services.
