Frontier Park 36th Anniversary Party: The park is off Cortez Boulevard, east of the Suncoast Parkway, Brooksville. Today's events include: Country dance demonstration and participation, 5:45 to 6:45 p.m. with Cindy Wiley and friends, who will provide the demonstration and teach a few dances. Street party and concert with the Southern Reign Band, 7 p.m. The street by the gazebo will be blocked off and a stage will be set up. Door prizes will be awarded and there will be a 50/50 drawing to benefit All Children's Hospital. Food, such as hot dogs and hamburgers, will be available to purchase. Hernando County Democrats present concert with Peter Donnelly: 1 p.m. Sunday at VFW Post 10209, 14736 Edward R. Noll Drive, off Anderson Snow Road, Spring Hill. Donnelly is a Cape Cod recording artist, singer and songwriter. His original songs are a blend of contemporary, folk, pop, easy listening, storytelling and acoustic guitar music. Children are welcome and refreshments will be provided. Tickets are $15 each or two for $25; children younger than 12 admitted free. The concert is a fundraiser for the Hernando County Democratic Committee, with Donnelly donating 100 percent of his fee. Reservations are suggested as seating is limited.
