Atonement Lutheran Church, 29617 State Road 54, offers a series of short contemporary dramas called "The Games People Play" during Lenten services at 7:30 p.m. Wednesdays. The skits will deal with loneliness, making life's choices and finding the answers to life. A soup dinner is offered before each service at 6:30 p.m. A talent show and corn beef dinner by the youth of the church will be at 6 p.m. March 15. Proceeds will benefit a mission trip to the Virgin Islands, where youth and adults will do refurbishing work on a church. The Lutheran fraternal group Thrivent will help fund the mission trip.
