Gail Golman Holtzman
Vice President/General Counsel, Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center
Gail Golman Holtzman brings 23 years of legal experience to the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center after spending the past five years at the law firm of Constangy, Brooks and Smith. Holtzman earned a bachelor's of arts degree and a master's of arts degree from the University of Illinois and earned her law degree from the National Law Center at George Washington University. She is a member of the American Bar Association, labor and employment law section, and serves on the section's governing council. She is co-chairwoman of the ABA relations committee and is a member of the Florida Bar Association.
Vance Hawkins
General Manager, Holiday Inn, Capital East, BayStar Hotel Group
Vance Hawkins a twenty veteran in the hospitality industry joins BayStar Hotel Group after serving as general manager for the Holiday Inn Express at Indigo and the Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites, both in Daytona Beach. Hawkins has managed numerous properties throughout Florida, Illinois, Tennessee and Texas for Ramada, Sheraton and Hilton Hotels. Hawkins majored in hotel and restaurant management at Central State University in Edmond, Okla. He has served on the board of directors for the Hotel/Motel Association in Volusia County, and has held high volunteer positions in the Convention and Visitors Bureau in Melbourne and the Tourist Development Council in Sebring. Hawkins also was an adjunct professor at Bethune Cookman University, Daytona Beach.
Tim Schneider

Tim Schneider comes to Nicholas Financial Inc., a consumer finance company in Clearwater from the United Auto Credit Corp., where he was senior vice president of operations. Schneider was a branch manager, regional manager and divisional vice president. He also worked at GMAC Financial, where he went from trainee to operations manager of the commercial lending department. Schneider earned a bachelor's of science degree in business administration/business management from the University of South Carolina and earned a master's degree in business administration from Nova Southern University.
Jeff Barnes
President and founder, Synergy Veterinary Consulting
Jeff Barnes has opened Synergy Veterinary Consulting, a Tampa veterinary consulting firm, after serving as director of marketing and education for Florida Veterinary Specialists and NYC Veterinary Specialists. He also served as a as key account manager at Merial Animal Health, was a product specialist at John Deere and was as a territory manager at Aventis. Barnes earned a bachelor's of science degree in agricultural and extension education from North Carolina State University, and is an inaugural member of the Tampa Sports Commission.
