Today
Baseball, Middleton at Hillsborough, 7 p.m.: After back-to-back wins, the Tigers’ next step is to avenge a loss to Hillsborough.
Baseball, St. Petersburg Catholic at Tampa Catholic, 7 p.m.: The Crusaders have won five of their past six, including an early season 5-3 win at rival St. Petersburg Catholic.
Baseball, St. Petersburg at Alonso, 7 p.m.: Alonso can get vengeance for its only hiccup this season, a 5-3 loss to the Green Devils.
Softball, Plant at Robinson, 7 p.m.: The Knights have won three of their past four, but the Panthers will offer a very tough test.
Thursday
Baseball, Armwood at Newsome, 7 p.m.: The Wolves, winners of four straight, face a steady Armwood squad.
Softball, Brandon at Bloomingdale, 7 p.m.: Three Bulls (McKenzie Carter, Kaelyn Castellanos and Katelyn Molkenthin) have 11 or more RBIs.
Friday
Baseball, Jesuit at Leto, 7 p.m.: Four of Leto’s five losses have come by two runs or less, so the Falcons have been competitive.
Softball, Newsome at Bloomingdale, 7 p.m.: Both teams are 6-1 in district play, so this game gives the winner an edge.
Saturday
Baseball, Plant at Hillsborough, 1 p.m.: Another solid test for the Panthers. Plant won the first meeting 12-2.
Softball, Plant at Hillsborough, 1 p.m.: In four wins, the Terriers have outscored opponents 62-9. Plant has outscored all opponents 99-18.
