Tile troubles bother homeowner
I purchased a new house from Palmwood Builders in July 1995. Shortly thereafter, I began having problems with my tile floor. Tiles were cracking, and many more were lifting up. In addition, a lot of the tiles had a hollow sound to them as if there was nothing holding them down other than the grout.
