Dunning is necessary, hospital says
I am continually receiving statements from Berea Hospital in Kentucky showing a balance of $76. On July 19, 1999, while traveling to Michigan from Florida, I encountered severe back pain, extending to my arms and legs. Unable to move without pain, I decided to seek medical attention. At the time my insurance company was AvMed.
