Program off-kilter, but it entertains
TAMPA -- There is a curiously divided quality to this weekend's Florida Orchestra program. German romanticism rules the first part of the program, while the second part consists of 20th century French impressionism on a Spanish theme.

TAMPA -- If you take a sip of a new Beaujolais when you expect a mature Cabernet, you're going to be sorely disappointed. But if you reset those taste buds for an experience that is fresh, probably a bit rough, but filled with vigor and a promise of things to come, then you just might want to go back for more.
