Months later, rebate checks sent
I purchased a computer from Video Computer Store on March 1, 2000, from an ad on TV. I received the monitor on April 22, then never heard anything further until I called in May. Two days thereafter, I received the computer, printer, flat bed scanner, speakers and all other accessories that came with the system. I sent off everything requested for the various rebates the first part of June. I never got a reply, so on Sept. 25, I mailed letters to all the companies, asking about my rebates. I received a card stating that all my rebates were received on June 30, and that the entire rebate process takes 12 to 16 weeks. I did receive the rebate for the printer, but nothing further. I am still owed $225 in rebates. I have seen Action help others get their rebates, so perhaps you can help me get mine. Gary Courtney
