Group reports start of plan's final phases
CLEARWATER -- The group Citizens for a Better Clearwater has announced the final stages of the Cleveland Street Gas Light Alley project, Phase II. Clearwater postpones vote on development
CLEARWATER -- Approval of a plan to spur residential development near downtown was delayed Thursday after the city failed to properly advertise the impending vote. Commissioners also postponed voting two weeks ago. Now the vote will come after the March 13 election of three new commissioners.

His first vote may be for himself
