Orchestra's pop series stays the course
The Florida Orchestra is going with a largely familiar lineup for its 2001-02 pops series. Skitch Henderson, Doc Severinsen and Richard Hayman will return to conduct. Peter Schickele will lead an evening devoted to the fictional P.D.Q. Bach. The eight-program series will also have tributes to Frank Sinatra, Mario Lanza and Rodgers and Hammerstein.
