Teen arrested in attack on mother with scissors
CARROLLWOOD -- A 16-year-old was arrested March 24 after attacking her mother with scissors in their house on Gorham Court, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said. The confrontation started upstairs, the mother said.
