Insurer refunds duplicate payment
I inadvertently sent a duplicate payment for my annual insurance premium to JC Penney Life Insurance Co. I have requested a refund five times. I spoke to the customer service representatives Troy, Loretta, Telitha, Ivan and a supervisor, Darnell, but all my requests have been ignored. Enclosed are copies of the fronts and backs of both checks. Please help me get my $71.50 back. Lorraine Nieves
