Purchase of bonds causes confusion
Mr. James Bonnette of William R. Hough sent me a list of bonds for sale in the fall of 1998. From this list, I ordered two Hillsborough County Pollution Control bonds for $10,016.53. I mailed the check on Sept. 18, 1998, and it was cashed by Hough.
