Fitness club membership is canceled
On Feb. 28, I hand-delivered my notice of intent to cancel my membership to Lifestyle Fitness Club in Seminole. This was signed for by Lifestyle employee Darrin, who stated I was "paid up" through April 20. This is a month-to-month "pay as you go" contract, with first and last payment made in advance. I called my bank to block any further charges by Lifestyle.
