Workers prepare to right a semitrailer truck that flipped on its side Tuesday after its driver, Antonio Hernandez, 49, of Tampa, failed to slow on an exit ramp off Interstate 75, officials said. Hernandez was not seriously injured and no other vehicles were damaged. |
