Officials have identified the victim of Friday's fatal accident in Wesley Chapel. Amy Michelle Eifel, 15, died at the scene Friday when the car she was riding in collided with another car on State Road 54 near Bruce B. Downs Boulevard, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
