New Port Richey woman arrested in Hernando County shooting
SPRING HILL -- Hernando County Sheriff's officers arrested a New Port Richey woman they say shot into the bedroom of a Spring Hill home early Sunday morning. Dawn Marie Moynihan, 35, of 11220 B Street in New Port Richey, was charged with attempted murder and aggravated stalking after authorities say she shot five times into the bedroom window of Dan and Terri Snyder while Terri Snyder slept. When Dan Snyder went outside, Moynihan pointed the gun at him, according to the report. Since May 10, the report states that Moynihan has repeatedly attacked, harassed and threatened Terry Snyder. Moynihan was being held at Hernando County Jail late Sunday in lieu of $110,000 bail.
