  • BUSHWAY, KAY ANN KIDDER, 53, of Inglis, formerly of Hudson, died Wednesday (May 24, 2000) at Shands at the University of Florida, Gainesville. Born in Cincinnati, she came here 14 years ago from Hudson and was a homemaker. She was Christian. Survivors include her husband, Timothy S.; a son, Rod Williamson, Hudson; two daughters, Francie Daniels, Yankeetown, and Holly Daniels, Vero Beach; a sister, Cathy Carr, Ellenboro, N.C.; and six grandchildren.   • KRIEGER, CARL WILLIAM, 79, of Homosassa, died Wednesday (May 24, 2000) at Life Care Center of Citrus County. Born in Miami County, Ohio, he came here 20 years ago from Tipp City, Ohio, and was a retired security guard for General Motors. He was Methodist. He was a Navy veteran of World War II and a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Homosassa, and the American Legion and the Masonic Lodge, both of Tipp City. Survivors include his wife, Mary P. He was a chairman of the city of Tampa Unified Construction Board and was a member of the U.S. Selective Service Board. He was a post auxiliary deputy for the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office and was a member of Lake Magdalene United Methodist Church. He was a graduate of Northeastern University and was vice president of the former White Rock Beverage Co., Boston, and later a deputy sheriff in Suffolk County. She was born in Vance County, N.C., and moved to Largo in 1948 from Carolina Beach, N.C. She lived in St. Petersburg for eight years before returning to Largo in the early 1980s. She moved to Gainesville six years ago. She retired in 1975 as an interior designer after 23 years with Harrison Furniture (now Thomasville) Co., Clearwater. She was a Southern Baptist. He was born in Manhattan, N.Y., and came here more than 10 years ago from Mahwah, N.J. He was a retired elevator contractor. He was an Army Infantry veteran of World War II and served in the battles of Normandy, Bulge and Huertgen Forest and was part of the force that liberated Paris. He was a Bronze Star recipient. He was a member of Palm Harbor United Methodist Church, the Elks, Veterans of Foreign Wars, American Legion and Moose.     • DUNN, EDGAR HART, 81, of Otto, N.C., formerly of St. Petersburg, died Tuesday (May 23, 2000) in Otto. Born in Hyden, Ky., he attended St. Petersburg High School and St. Petersburg Junior College and received a law degree from University of Florida. During World War II, he was an Army Air Forces pilot in the European and Pacific theaters. Discharged in 1951, he was recalled to active duty as a director of the Office of Special Investigation for the Northeast Air Command in Newfoundland and was discharged from the Air Force in 1957 as a lieutenant colonel. He practiced law in St. Petersburg and was vice president, general counsel and board member of Florida Power Corp. He was a professor of business law at University of South Florida, Tampa, until retirement in 1981. He was a former member of First United Methodist Church, St. Petersburg, and a member of First Presbyterian Church, Franklin, N.C. Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Lura Mae; two daughters, Marcia Hunnicutt, Alpharetta, Ga., and Sharon Lee Bigbie, Avon Park; two sisters, Marjorie Fountain, Franklin, and Kathleen Hellyer, Clearwater; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. He retired as a medical representative after 30 years with Damon Medical Laboratories, Philadelphia, and was a member of St. Matthew's Episcopal Church, St. Petersburg. He was a member of LuLu Masonic Temple, Plymouth Meeting, Pa., the American Kennel Club, Main Line Power Squadron, and Masonic Lodge 767, Springfield, Pa.     • McCOY, CHARLES H. JR., 73, of Chicago, formerly of St. Petersburg, died Friday (May 12, 2000). A St. Petersburg native, he attended local schools before serving in the Air Force from 1945 to 1949. In 1949, he moved to Chicago where he retired after 38 years with the U.S. Postal Service. He served 12 years on the Board of Education and also worked for several years with the County Tax Redemption Office. He was a member of True Believers Church, where he served on the Senior Usher Board, was church treasurer, a trustee and sang with the Male Chorus. Survivors include his wife, Rachael; two daughters, Jeanette McCoy and Marilyn McCoy, a son, Vincent, a brother, Rudolph, a half brother, Charles J.
