ST. PETERSBURG -- A 17-year-old girl was sexually assaulted Thursday in the 700 block of Ninth Avenue N, police said. The victim was walking east on Ninth Avenue N about 10 p.m. when the suspect grabbed her from behind by her ponytail and pulled her to the ground.
