DONLEYCUTT, MAE VESPERMAN, 83, of San Ramon, Calif., formerly of Homosassa, died Thursday (May 25, 2000). Born in Yonkers, N.Y., she came to Homosassa 13 years ago from Hudson, and recently moved to San Ramon. She was a retired manufacturing supervisor and a Protestant. HANS, RUTH ELEANOR, 78, of Inverness, died Friday (June 16, 2000) at Citrus Memorial Hospital. Born in Mount Vernon, N.Y., she came here two years ago from Spring Hill and was a retired bookkeeper. BIALY, FALICIA, 74, of Spring Hill, died Friday (June 16, 2000) at Oak Hill Hospital. Born in Lockport, N.Y., she came here 15 years ago from Niagara Falls, N.Y., and was a nurse's aid and activities coordinator for a local nursing home. She was a member of St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church and its prayer group. Survivors include her husband, Edward E.; two sons, Michael Jakubowski, Lawrenceville, Ga., and David Jakubowski, Town of Porter, N.Y.; a stepdaughter, Frances Mosser, Spring Hill; and eight grandchildren. DUCK, ROBERT D., 72, of Brooksville, died Friday (June 16, 2000). Born in Berea, Ohio, he came here three years ago from the Florida Keys and was a retired maintenance worker. He was a Methodist. Survivors include two sons, Craig, Montainburg, Ariz., and Jeffrey, Brooksville; a daughter, Jody Steyer, Medina, Ohio; a sister, Jacqueline Jameyson, Lodi, Ohio; and 10 grandchildren. TUNKEL, EDWARD J., 87, of Spring Hill, died Thursday (June 15, 2000) at Oak Hill Hospital. Born in New York City, he came here 17 years ago from Pinellas County and was a licensed pastor of the International Assemblies of God and Gospel Crusade Ministerial Fellowship of Bradenton. He was past president of the Full Gospel Businessmen of St. Petersburg, a member of the Businessmen Fellowship, Spring Hill, and attended the First Assembly of God Church, Spring Hill. Survivors include his wife, Frances; three sons, Robert, Pinellas County, and Edward and Richard, both of Tennessee; a daughter, Deniece Lisk, Brooksville; a sister, Violet Einman, Pinellas County; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. USEVICH, ALBIN A., 89, of Spring Hill, died Thursday (June 15, 2000). Born in Mahanoy City, Pa., he came here 18 years ago from Fairlawn, N.J., and was a retired machinist for Parken-Kaylon Inc., Clifton, N.J. He was a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church. DEMPSEY, WILBUR C., M.D., 70, of Plant City, died Friday (June 16, 2000) in Plant City. He was a Plant City native and a doctor of medicine. He was a U.S. Army Air Forces veteran of World War II and an Air Force veteran of the Korean War and the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge No. 153 of Port of Tampa, and he was a ham radio operator. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Plant City. Survivors include his wife, Christa; three sons, Patrick R., Brandon, Eli G., Mulberry, and Mark C., Valrico; a daughter, Pamela D. Conway, Plant City; and four grandchildren. FLOYD, CLAUDIA V., 63, of Tampa, died Friday (June 16, 2000) in Tampa. Born in Montgomery, Ala., she lived in the Tampa area most of her life. She was a homemaker. JEFFRES, THOMAS LEE, 47, of Tampa, died Friday (June 16, 2000) at home under the care of LifePath Hospice. Born in Chicago, he came here in 1954 from Chicago. HOAGG, THOMAS J., 77, of Zephyrhills, died Wednesday (June 14, 2000) at East Pasco Medical Center. Born in Detroit, he came here 25 years ago from Dearborn, Mich., and was a supervisor for a blueprint reproduction company. He was an Army veteran of World War II and the Korean War. SCANLON, JOHN J., 81, of Holiday, died Friday (June 16, 2000) at home. He came here 43 years ago from his native Lynn, Mass., and was an agent for Eastern Airlines. He was a Navy veteran of World War II and a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and the Magnolia Valley Golf Club. - BELL, EMMA E., 75, of Largo, died Friday (June 16, 2000) at Hospice House Woodside, Pinellas Park. She came here in 1957 from her native Newark, Ohio. She was a homemaker and a receptionist for the Bank of Indian Rocks and Newark Telephone Company, Newark, Ohio. She was a charter member of Faith United Church of Christ, Clearwater, and a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Newark, Ohio. She attended Newark High School and volunteered at the gift shop in Sun Coast Hospital, Largo. Survivors include a son, Rodney, Largo; two daughters, Drucilla E. - RAWE, MICHAEL C. "MIKE," 48, of DeBary, formerly of Largo, died Tuesday (June 13, 2000) at home. He was born in Dayton, Ky., moved to Largo from Alexandria, Ky., and moved from Largo to DeBary in 1990. He worked as a construction superintendent with Pertree Constructors, Altamonte Springs. He was a member of St. Cecelia Catholic Church, Clearwater, and an avid sportsman. He was an account supervisor for Sperry Rand, Great Neck, N.Y., and was Catholic. He was an Army veteran of World War II and member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Long Island, N.Y. He was an active member and elder at Bay Pines Evangelical Lutheran Church, Seminole. He was a photographer and worked as a mechanical engineer for Union Carbide for 35 years. He was a volunteer at Largo Library and a member and past president of the Suncoast Camera Club. WANNIKE, LUCILLE M., 83, of Pinellas Park, formerly of Holiday, died Friday (June 16, 2000) at Integrated Health Services of Pinellas Park. Born in Cairo, Ill., she came here in 1991 from Holiday, where she had lived since 1971. She was a sales clerk, most recently with Publix Supermarkets, Holiday, and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Pinellas Park. Survivors include a son, Max W. - VANGSNES, PHILIP, 75, of Redington Shores, died Thursday (June 15, 2000) at home. He came here in 1968 from his native Chicago. A pianist and piano teacher, he performed locally for the past 30 years under the stage name Philip Vance. He was an Army veteran. - CROWELL, LaQUINDA SYBRINA, 36, of St. Petersburg, died Friday (June 16, 2000) at Bayfront Medical Center. A lifelong resident of St. Petersburg, she was a 1981 graduate of Northeast High School. She was a data entry clerk for the former Florida National Bank and a member of Macedonia Freewill Baptist Church. - DeMINT, RICHARD DAVID "DICK," 63, of St. Petersburg, died Friday (June 16, 2000) at home. He came here in 1956 from his native Columbus, Ohio. He was owner and operator of Dick TV & A/C Repair, St. Petersburg, and later worked as a hydraulic installer with Baker Equipment and Engineering, Tampa. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War and a member of Moose Lodge 1145, St. Petersburg, AMVETS Post 7467, the National Rifle Association and VFW Post 10137, Bushnell. He was a volunteer with Pinellas County government. Survivors include four sons, Richard S. and Richard D. She taught mathematics in the sixth, seventh and eighth grades at Riviera Middle School for 21 years, retiring in 1992. She was a homemaker and was Lutheran. She was a member of Barnard Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. Survivors include two sons, Robert A. "Rocky," St. Petersburg, and Richard C., Bergen, N.Y.; nine grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. National Cremation Society, St. Petersburg.

- DIBBELL, MARGARET PARKS, of South Pasadena, died Friday (June 16, 2000) at Pasadena Manor. Born in Danville, Ill., she came here in 1946 from Baltimore. She served as a secretary to Florida State Veterinary Medical Association Auxiliary, participated in the Sight Screening program of Lions Club Auxiliary, and was a member of Lakewood Country Club. She was Christian. Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Dr. Charles B.; two brothers, Ore W. Parks, Crete, Ill., and Dale K. Parks, Homewood, Ill.; and five sisters, Gertrude Buchler, Illinois, Leone Cadieux, Aurora, Ill., and Mildred Bieronski, Catherine Crandall and Ruth Pillman, all of Chicago Heights, Ill. R. - NORRIS, FRANK L., 61, of South Pasadena, died Thursday (June 15, 2000) of cancer and kidney failure. Born in Dublin, Ohio, he came here in 1970. He was a sales manager for Jim Young Realty and Watson Realty, a chief executive officer for Better Homes and Gardens Realty and most recently was general manager of Premier Group Better Homes and Gardens Realty. He was a former employee of Big Bear Supermarket and the St. Petersburg Times. He was a graduate of Ohio State University and a member of the National, Florida and St. Petersburg/Suncoast chapters of Association of Realtors. He was a past president of Pasadena Gulf Club Estates Civic Group. Survivors include his wife, Dianne; two sons, Robert, Columbus, Ohio, and Frank III, St. Petersburg; two daughters, Christine Grey, Dublin, and Kim Sargent, Davisville, W.Va.; two stepdaughters, Lisa Mackey, Orange Park, and Christine Brown, Gulfport; two sisters, Mary Katherine Miller, New Madison, Ohio, and Roberta Haynes, Colubus, Ohio; and seven grandchildren.
