Second arrested in immigrant deaths
LONDON -- Police on Tuesday announced the arrest of a second suspect in the deaths of 58 Chinese illegal immigrants. A Chinese refugee came forward to say his cousin called repeatedly during a four-month odyssey from China through Russia and into Western Europe and was almost certainly among the dead.

Kennedy kin said he killed, 2 testify
STAMFORD, Conn. -- Two former classmates of Kennedy nephew Michael Skakel testified Tuesday that he admitted he was involved in the 1975 murder of a teenage neighbor, and one said Skakel claimed he would get away with it because "I'm a Kennedy."

U.S. forces return of millions in disaster aid
WASHINGTON -- Years after coming to the rescue of victims from California earthquakes to Pennsylvania blizzards, the government demanded nearly a half-billion dollars back from states and local communities, federal records show.
