MORTLOCK, ROBERT FULLER, 89, of Brooksville, died Friday (June 23, 2000) at Spring Hill Regional Hospital. He came here 22 years ago from his native Detroit, and was a retired production engineer for General Motors. He was a member of Faith Evangelical Free Church and the Withlacoochee Rockhound Club. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy; two sons, David, Port Richey, and Dennis, Indianapolis; two daughters, Bonnie Holmes, Spring Lake, Mich., and Cynthia Mortlock, Iowa; eight grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. ROBERTSON, GRADY PRESTON "ABE," 93, of Brooksville, died Saturday (June 24, 2000) at Eastbrook Healthcare. Born in Cleveland, Ala., he came here 62 years ago from Blount County, Ala., and was a loading foreman for Brooksville Rock Co. He was Protestant. Survivors include a son, Marlin, Birmingham, Ala; two daughters, Carol Elmore and Shirley Letchworth, both of Spartanburg, S.C.; a brother, Edgar, Centerpoint, Ala.; two sisters, Gertrude and Jenny Gilland, both of Oneonta, Ala.; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. BARENKLAU, MARION SHAW, 71, of Plant City, died Monday (June 26, 2000) at home. Born in Plant City, she lived there her entire life. She was a homemaker and was Baptist. Survivors include two daughters, Patricia Johnson, Plant City, and Linda Higgs, Tampa; her mother, Ruby Harvey, Plant City; a brother, Johnny Harvey, Cape Canaveral; three sisters, Margaret Kersey and June Perkins, both of Plant City, and Betty Voyles, Brandon; three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. DOMINEY, ARRIETTA A., 86, of Valrico, died Sunday (June 25, 2000) at home. Born in Anaheim, Calif., she came here in 1987 from Anaheim. She was retired from the Air Force. She was a member of the Disabled American Veterans and a member of First United Methodist Church of Orange, Calif. HAMRICK, LOUISE B., 80, of Tampa, died Sunday (June 25, 2000) in Tampa. Born in Tampa, she lived here all her life. She was a seamstress. KLEE, PAUL T., 71, of Brandon, died Saturday (June 24, 2000) in Brandon. Born in Indianapolis, he came here in 1957 from Indiana. KOCH, PETER R., 60, of Seffner, died Thursday (June 22, 2000) at home. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., he came here in 1971 from Roscoe, N.Y. He was a professional photographer and an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. LEITH, VELMA, 107, of Brandon, died Saturday (June 24, 2000) at Integrated Health Services of Brandon. Born in Gasport, N.Y., she came here several years ago from Lantana. McFADDEN, SARAH D., 88, of Tampa, died Thursday (June 22, 2000) in Tampa. Born in Istachatta, she lived here for several years. She was a secretary and was Baptist. He was a member of the West Pasco Model Pilots Association. He was an Army veteran of World War II and past commander and lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 10167 and the Disabled American Veterans Chapter 78, a member of the New Port Richey Police Benevolent Association, the New York State Retired Police Officers Association, the International Police Officers Association, and the Volunteer Firemen for Suffolk County, Long Island, N.Y. VANDERMARK, MARY G., 80, of St. Petersburg, formerly of Bayonet Point, died Saturday (June 24, 2000) at Shore Acres Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Born in Glasgow, Scotland, she came here in 1998 from Bayonet Point. She was a homemaker and a former volunteer for the Pasco County library and public school systems. She was a member of St. Mark Presbyterian Church, Hudson. - COOK, EDWIN E., 78, of Clearwater, died Sunday (June 25, 2000) at home under the care of Hospice of the Florida Suncoast. He was born in Bald Knob, Ark., and came here in 1979 from Pittsburg, Calif. He worked as a sales representative for Sears, Roebuck and Co., Clearwater. He retired from the Navy with the rank of lieutenant commander and was a veteran of World War II. He was a pilot with 119 aircraft-carrier landings and was injured in a catapult malfunction. He was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross. He was a member of the Open Bible Church, Clearwater, a life member of Chapter 7 DAV, Oakland, The Retired Officers Association (TROA) and the Navy Tailhook Association. He was a member of Alcoholics Anonymous for 47 consecutive years, a sponsor for 30 years of Alateen in California and Florida, and locally he was active in the Alateen High School Program. Survivors include his wife of 26 years, Grace D.; two sons, Donald E., Carmel, Calif., and Lt. Col. Gary E., U.S. Army in Bosnia; and three grandchildren, Andrew D. She retired as director and head of home fashions catalog sales for Sears, Roebuck and Co., Chicago, and locally owned and operated Gayport, a retail store in Indian Shores, for more than 21 years, and The Bellringer of Dunedin for 10 years. - KOSTREBA, ELEANOR A., 63, of Clearwater, died Wednesday (June 21, 2000) at home. She was born in Somerville, N.J., and came here in 1970 from Neshanic, N.J. She owned and operated Brightview Apartments on Clearwater Beach for 21 years and worked for Wedgewood House Jewelers, Clearwater Beach. Survivors include her husband of 43 years, Vincent; a daughter, Kimberly Spears, Clearwater; two sons, Scott, Belleair Bluffs, and Mark, Alpharetta, Ga.; two brothers, Leeroy and Robert Wendt, both of Bound Brook, N.J.; and a grandson, Matthew, Alpharetta. She worked as a computer technician for IBM and served eight years in the Air Force. - MOFFATT, WAHNETAH, 99, of Largo, died Wednesday (June 21, 2000) at Northside Hospital and Heart Institute, St. Petersburg. She was born in Danville, Ill., and came here in 1963 from Montclair, N.J., where she retired as director of Katherine Gibbs Secretarial School. She graduated from the University of Chicago. - MUSE, EDNA MAE, 86, of Largo, died Sunday (June 25, 2000) at Sabal Palms Health Care Center, Largo. She was born in Athens, Tenn., and came here in 1951 from Rossville, Ga. She worked as a vault attendant at Union Trust Bank, St. Petersburg, and was a Nazarene. He was a Marine Corps veteran. He was Episcopalian and a member of Noah Masonic Lodge 754, Altamonte, N.Y. - HARPER, CRAIG ROBERT, 24, of Tyndall Air Force Base in Panama City, Fla., formerly of Palm Harbor, died with his fiancee in a motorcycle accident Saturday (June 24, 2000) in Panama City. He joined the Air Force after he graduated from Tarpon Springs High School in 1993. He held the rank of senior airman. He was a member of St. Luke the Evangelist Catholic Church, Palm Harbor. Survivors include his parents, Jeannette and Barry, Palm Harbor; two sisters, Keri Harper, Palm Harbor, and Brenda Harper, England; and his maternal grandfather, Robert Parlato, Clearwater. He worked as an underwriter for 45 years at Nationwide Insurance. He was an Army veteran of World War II and served as a captain with the 903rd Ordnance Battalion. He was a licensed guide at Gettysburg battlefield and a member of Phi Sigma Kappa. - MOORCROFT, STANLEY G., 94, of Pinellas Park, died Sunday (June 25, 2000) at Integrated Health Services of Pinellas Park. Born in London, he came here in 1970 from Allendale, N.J. He was a president of Mainlands Unit 1 homeowners association and a former chairman of the Pinellas Park Planning and Zoning Commission. He was an avid bowler. There are no known survivors.
