1. FLETCHER AVENUE AT 46TH STREET, JUNE 15, 12:21 A.M.: A westbound 1994 Mazda rear-ended a 1991 Volkswagen, pushing the Volkswagen into the rear of a 1988 Acura. The Mazda driver, a 32-year-old man, was charged with careless driving. The injured were taken to University Community Hospital.
