AOL: Love it or leave it?
America Online has become the 800-pound gorilla of the online world with more than 30-million subscribers. We'd like to hear from AOL users in this area. Do you like the service and, if so, what makes it attractive? If you don't like it, why not? Will the price increase affect whether you stick with AOL or change services? Please send responses to techtimes@sptimes.com, and include your name and phone number.

Q. When I boot up my computer and the icons appear on my screen, this window appears: "Click the program you want to use to open file kak.hta." Then there is a list of files with symbols next to them such as Accw12, Acrord32, adbook, cog, Cchat, etc. I have to click OK, Cancel or Other. Why am I getting this window and how can I get rid of it?
