Check made detour in processor
On May 31, while at the St. Petersburg office of Third Federal Savings and Loan, I asked the procedure for getting a copy of a check. Immediately, one of the service representatives called the home office, made the request, and said I would receive my copy in the mail. When I didn't receive it by June 7, I called the main office in Cleveland, Ohio. This time the representative promised that a copy would be mailed within three business days.
