Developers to present plans for old City Hall
LARGO -- The developers interested in purchasing the old City Hall will present their plans and answer questions Monday evening at a public forum hosted by the Downtown Largo Main Street Association. The forum will be at the city training center, 201 Highland Ave., at 6 p.m. The developer, Simpson Housing Ltd. Partnership, has proposed transforming the 8-acre site into a multipurpose area with 144 apartments, 26 three-story townhomes, an 11,500-square-foot restaurant and 12,500 square feet of retail space.
