Crews clear way for new CVS pharmacy
LUTZ -- Crews last week demolished a small shopping center on Bearss Avenue at North Boulevard to make way for a CVS pharmacy. It will include a drive-through window and is scheduled to open in December. The center had housed a Super Seven convenience store and a Ramon's Fresh Mexican Grill, among other stores.

Accident report
1. BEARSS AVENUE AT PINECREST ROAD, JUNE 29, 4:40 P.M.: An eastbound 1995 Volkswagen turned right from the left hand lane and sideswiped an eastbound 2000 Jaguar. The Volkswagen driver, a 20-year-old man, was charged with improper right turn and driving with a suspended license.
Road work
1. INTERSTATE 275, from Busch Boulevard to U.S. 41, will have periodic night-time lane closures. Also watch for construction at Busch Boulevard and Fowler Avenue near the interstate. Work will continue until two new lanes are complete in Fall 2002.
