Army Spec. Pete R. Sainz Jr., a Patriot crew member with the 3rd Battalion, 43rd Air Defense Artillery at Fort Bliss, El Paso, Texas, graduated from the Air Force noncommissioned officer academy. He is the son of Sharon C. Sain, Lutz, and is a 1997 graduate of Gaither High School, Tampa.
