Trial could free man kept under Ryce Act
A man confined after finishing a sentence for raping boys is granted a trial to determine whether he can be released after a year of treatment.
One teen killed, one hurt in crash
TAMPA -- A 16-year-old boy was killed and another was seriously injured as the result of an accident Sunday night near the entrance of the Westchase development in northwest Hillsborough County.

Army National Guard Pfc. Richard H. Bolduc Jr. graduated from the power-generation equipment repairer advanced individual training course at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Aberdeen, Md. He is the son of Richard H. Bolduc, Brandon, and is a 2000 graduate of Oceana High School, Rothbury, Mich.
