Restaurant rushes customer out
On my birthday this year, May 12, I went to Bridge's Restaurant in Largo as I always do, although for the first time, I went alone. Since 1960, Bridge's has been a favorite restaurant, and my late husband and I went there many times. In recent years, the restaurant has had a policy of giving customers a free meal on their birthdays. I have taken advantage of this for some time now. Usually, a friend comes along, but this year, I went alone during the lunch hour. I also brought my newspaper with me.
