Buyer not happy with air conditioner
I purchased an Amana window air conditioner from Bay Area Air Conditioning and Heating on Aug. 2, 1999. I have been having a problem with water leaking out all over at the base of the unit onto my carport. I know the condensation has to escape somewhere, and there is a small tube that exits at the bottom of the unit. Technicians have come out three or four times, as well as the manager of the office, to correct this problem.
