Tax refund check will be reissued
We received a card from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Revenue saying that it was reporting an overpayment of $326 for 1999 state taxes to the Internal Revenue Service for the year 2000. We made a copy of the card, wrote a note that we had never received the refund and sent it back to Pennsylvania by certified mail.
