Restaurant celebrates milestone with food and minglers in place
When Maryann and Marty Blitz decided to open a restaurant 15 years ago, they named it Mise En Place, a cooking term which loosely means "everything in place." On Thursday night, everything was in place as the restaurant celebrated its 15th anniversary.
