In search of old high school annuals
It's August, and, as parents' fancies lightly turn to the kids going back to school, some older, former students are having another kind of academic flashback: high school annuals -- they want them.
Postmark doesn't count as payment
Question: If our management company has not received our monthly fees by the 10th of the month, it adds a late fee to our account. We send our payment from an out-of-state bank. Since it is postmarked by the 10th, how can they charge us late fees?
