Baublemaker needs your help again
It's that time of year again! Our friend John Rayner of St. Petersburg reminds us in a letter that now's the time for him, with our help, to start getting organized for the World AIDS Day dinner in December, which benefits FACT and hospice services. You may remember John from last year, may even have donated some of the items he uses to make his bedecked ornaments, elegant crystal Christmas baubles he sells to help raise money for these good causes.

Set a reasonable cost for copies of association records
Question: According to F.S. 718.111(12)(c), the right to inspect the records includes the right to make or obtain copies at the reasonable expense, if any, of the association member. If the association documents are silent, does the association have to adopt a resolution to charge a reasonable cost to copy the records, or can it just follow this statute without making a resolution?
