Jazz, gospel artist to sing at festival
SEMINOLE -- Local jazz and gospel singer Belinda Womack will be the featured performer at a fall festival Saturday at Oakhurst United Methodist Church, 13400 Park Blvd. Womack will appear at 3 p.m. Festival hours are 2 to 7 p.m.

Focus on volunteers
Sojourn Bear, a volunteer organization based in Treasure Island, distributes handmade teddy bears to cancer patients throughout Tampa Bay. The group is in need of volunteers, either individuals or crafting circles, to cut, sew and stuff the gifts. The instructions and patterns are provided.
