Solutions: Sending animations with Outlook Express
Q. The drop-down window that appears after pressing the Insert tab when sending new messages makes only the File Attachment and Text From File choices active. I want the Picture option active so I can send animations in my e-mail. I use Windows 98 SE, MSN 5.6 ISP and Outlook Express 5.5.
