I cannot even fathom having such an animal as a "food and ice budget," let alone that it is now over budget.

Petty Officer 3rd Class Benjamin T. Jacoby, son of Brenda C. Jacoby of Sterling, Va., and Edmond M. Jacoby of St. Petersburg, graduated from Naval Aviation Technical Training Command at Pensacola Naval Air Station. He cross-trained as a helicopter crew rescue swimmer and aviation machinist's mate.
