CASH, WARREN A., 72, of Inverness, died Sunday (Oct. 8, 2000) at Citrus Memorial Hospital. Born in Princeton, he came here 12 years ago from Alhambra, Calif. He was a retired procurement data clerk for the Department of Defense and was a member of the First Assembly of God, Inverness. He was an Army Air Forces veteran of World War II. COLEMAN, JESS ALDERMAN, 63, of Dunnellon, died Saturday (Oct. 7, 2000). Born in Gainesville, he came here 20 years ago from St. Petersburg. He was a retired assistant manager of produce for Publix, Crystal River, the former owner of a restaurant in California, and was Baptist. Survivors include his mother, Mildred C. DuBALL, MARY ANN, 80, of Crystal River, died Tuesday (Oct. 10, 2000) at the Health Center at Brentwood, Lecanto. Born in Chicago, she came here 28 years ago from Fish Lake, Ind., and was a retired payroll clerk for Shell Oil Co., Chicago. She was Catholic. She was a former member of the Coast Guard Auxiliary of Yankeetown and Crystal River Flotillas. Survivors include her husband, Russell; and a brother, William Cooper, St. Petersburg. GARLICK, WILLIAM, 86, of Homosassa, died Monday (Oct. 9, 2000) at Seven Rivers Hospital, Crystal River. Born in New York City, he came here 10 years ago from Athens, N.Y., and was a retired engineer for Nabisco Foods. He was Protestant. There are no immediate survivors. TRAVERS, WALTER, 88, of Hernando, died Sunday (Oct. 8, 2000). Born in Somerville, Mass., he came here three years ago from South Carolina. He was a retired insurance agent and was Catholic. He was a member of the Eagles. He came here 24 years ago from his native Long Island, N.Y., and was an insurance adjuster for Register Chevrolet, Spring Hill. He was Catholic. He came here 21 years ago from his native Pittsburgh, where he was a real estate broker for Case Realty. He was an Army veteran of World War II and was owner/operator for eight years of Seaweeds at Boat Yard Village in Clearwater. Survivors include his wife, Marian L.; two daughters, Janice L. - SANDERSON, JOSEPH M. SR., 68, of Largo, died Monday (Oct. 9, 2000) at home. He was born in Gloucester, N.J., and came here in 1994 from New Jersey, where he retired after 32 years as a driver for Moore's Trucking Co., Piscataway, N.J. He was an Air Force veteran of the Korean War. He was an Episcopalian and a member of Teamsters Union 676, Camden, N.J. He was an avid woodworker. She was born in Upper Sandusky, Ohio, and came here in 1969 from Dayton, Ohio. She retired as a schoolteacher and taught for more than 30 years in public schools in Ohio, Arizona and Florida. Locally, she worked as book manager and concert pianist at Keswick Christian School. She also played piano at Freedom Square for special occasions. She graduated from Oberlin College, Ohio Northern University and the University of Florida, majoring in elementary education and music. - STOUT, DR. ROBERT J., 75, of Seminole, died Monday (Oct. 9, 2000) at home. He was born in Fremont, Ohio. He lived in Michigan and California and moved between Florida and Texas for several years before settling in Seminole. From 1971 until he retired in 1988, he was a professor of behavioral sciences at St. Petersburg Junior College, and he also taught at Bowling Green State University in Ohio and the University of South Florida. He was an ordained pastor in the Lutheran Church and served parishes in Ohio, Texas, California and Florida and was a member of the Lutheran Clinical Counseling Center, Largo. He was an Army veteran of World War II and served with the 83rd Infantry Division in the European Theater. He was widely traveled and visited 60 countries. He was a clinical member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, Couples for Marriage Enrichment, and the American Association of Sex Educators and Counselors. He was a member of Anona United Methodist Church of Largo, the Masons, the Y-Runners Club and SCORE. He was a member and chaplain of the Lions Club.
