Community Living: Board may be unable to enforce rule now
Question: I bought a condo several years ago and remodeled it. Recently I listed it for sale. Now a board member, through the association attorney, is claiming that the previous owner made an illegal improvement on a limited common element, work that was done with no permit and no association approval.
