Side show
THEY COULD BE BIASED: Yard work beats sex for spare-time "fun and enjoyment," according to the people at Home & Garden Television.

Off the top
1. STICK 'EM UP: "The bumper sticker has really come back in the last few weeks." -- Gerry Barker, president of Barker Specialty Co. in Cheshire, Conn., on a popular means of expression since Sept. 11.

'We've been asked to carry on ...'
The TV academy confirms CBS will broadcast a Nov. 4 Emmys show from a small Los Angeles theater.
