LARGO -- Federal investigators have shut down the Largo branch of a telemarketing company called the Tungsten Group and have filed a federal lawsuit accusing the company of using illegal, misleading and deceptive sales practices.

Outdoor Music Festival scheduled for Saturday
TARPON SPRINGS -- The Tarpon Springs High School Outdoor Performance Ensemble on Saturday will host its sixth annual Outdoor Music Festival. Seventeen bands from the southeast will perform. A panel of judges will present five awards to the top bands in each division and in the entire competition. At the end of the festival, the Tarpon Springs band will give an exhibition performance. Gates open at 3:30 p.m. Performances begin at 4:30 at the school's football field, 1411 Gulf Road. Tickets are $10 for general admission, $6 for students and seniors. Free for children younger than 6.
