INVERNESS -- Every nine weeks the Renaissance Center holds an awards ceremony to reward students who have made the effort to improve in behavior, academics or both. It's a chance, said school psychologist Andy Nott, to brag about the positive accomplishments of those students.
FAMILY FUN NIGHT WITH SPAGHETTI: Inverness Primary School students and their families are invited to Family Fun Night with a free spaghetti dinner from 5 to 7 p.m. tonight at the school. The dinner will be served from 5 to 6 p.m. in the cafeteria. The Media Center will be open for reading and book check-out. Parents and students can visit the technology lab to surf the Internet or to learn about software. There will be a schoolwide art project that is just beginning in the art room, and face painting will be available.
